1. Ownership of the website
On this digital hub that I have lovingly created for curious travellers, I welcome you as the owner of this space:

Rumbo & Aventura is my personal project as freelance agent and travel experience designer. I am not a package tour organiser: I accompany, advise and put each traveller in touch with reliable service providers, but I do not handle or hold payments directly.
2. Purpose of this website
This place was created to inspire, guide and pave the way for those who wish to experience journeys with soul.
Here you will find:
Cultural information, destinations and experiences from around the world.
My consultancy services and bespoke itinerary planning.
Access to bookings made directly with external tourism providers.
Resources and guides designed to support you before, during and after your trip.
By browsing this site, you agree to these terms and conditions, just as one would agree to the rules of conduct on board a well-run ship.
3. Responsible use of the website
To ensure this journey is enjoyable for everyone, I invite you to:
Surf with respect and common sense.
Do not use the content for improper or unlawful purposes.
Do not copy, download or reproduce any texts, guides, itineraries or images without permission.
Avoid actions that may affect the technical functioning of the site.
4. Intermediation and liability
4.1 My role on board
At Rumbo & Aventura, I act as an intermediary for tourism services:
I’ll help you find your way, compare options and discover the path that suits you best. However, bookings, payments and terms and conditions are always set by the individual provider.
In this type of service:
I don’t manage your money.
You pay the supplier directly via their official platforms.
I receive the commission that Archer Travel pays me for the booking.
If you need me to enter your details into the supplier’s platform, I’ll do so only with your permission, without storing or retaining any banking information at any time.
For my non-tourism-related professional services (consultancy, itinerary planning and bespoke trips):
In these cases, I do collect payment directly, as these are in-house services, not brokered.
Payment for these services can be made using the methods made available to you, and will be subject to my terms and conditions, cancellation and refund policies, which are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Third-party services
As with any trip, we sometimes have to rely on other operators: airlines, hotels, activity providers, transport companies…
I cannot therefore accept responsibility for:
Changes, delays, cancellations or incidents beyond my control.
Errors or discrepancies in information provided by third parties.
Content or availability of linked external pages.
Travel regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Informative content
The guides, articles and itineraries published here are compiled with great care, but may become out of date. Being a traveller means being on the move, and information changes too.
5. Intellectual property
The words you read, the itineraries I design and the visual world of Rumbo & Aventura are all part of my creative identity.
All content on this website — text, guides, design, images, logo, layouts and personalised itineraries — is protected by copyright.
The following is not permitted:
Copying, reproducing or distributing content without permission.
To use them for commercial purposes or in other projects.
I’d be grateful if you could respect the work that goes into this: each piece takes hours of research, care and a wanderlust spirit.
6. External links
From time to time, I provide links to other sites: tourism providers, blogs, platforms or external resources. I do this to help you navigate the site more easily, but each site has its own rules.
I cannot accept any responsibility for the content, availability or functioning of those websites.
7. Data protection
Your privacy matters.
The way in which I process your personal data is explained in detail in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the European GDPR.
There you will find information on how to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and more.
8. Applicable legislation
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, the LSSI-CE and current European legislation.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the user’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in order to ensure that your rights as a consumer are always protected.
