The Crew

There are many ways to get started in the world of travel.
Few do so in a collaborative manner, with sound judgement and a forward-looking approach.

Sailing with me isn’t about competing, but about sharing the journey.
It means learning, growing and building your own business within a supportive community.

A community where no one sails alone

Being part of our team means being part of a the largest group of agents who believe in a different way of working:

  • We collaborate rather than compete

  • We share real knowledge

  • We celebrate everyone’s achievements

  • We learn together, even from our mistakes

We have a private platform where training courses, resources and meetings take place, and where networking happens naturally.

My role as a mentor

I’m not suggesting you join an impersonal system.
I suggest to walk by your side.

As a mentor:

  • I’ll be there to support you as you take your first steps

  • I’ll help you understand the business from the inside

  • I share my experience, processes and vision

  • I’ll support you in finding your own style as an agent

This isn’t about copying anyone, but rather about develop your own approach to the world of tourism.

Archer Travel: our host agency

We operate under the umbrella of Archer Travel, our hosting agency.

A host agency is the organisation that enables agents to:

  • Operate legally

  • Accessing international suppliers

  • Having access to support, training and technology

  • Focus on selling and designing experiences, not on red tape

It’s the smartest way to start a business in tourism without having to start from scratch.

The freedom to set up your own business

There is no single correct way here.

Each agent decides:

  • What sort of holidays do you want to sell?

  • Which audience do you wish to target?

  • What pace do you want to work at?

And if, in time, you wish to, You can also train to become a mentor and set up your own team, furthering your professional development.

A genuine, down-to-earth business

This is an important point, and I prefer to be honest about it.

This is a business.
And, like any business, it requires a small investment.

The good news is that:

  • You can start with less than 70 dollars

  • There aren’t many business models with such a low barrier to entry

  • Above all, what you’re investing in is a commitment to yourself
