Who I am: a glimpse<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I am Fatima Mom\u00f3<\/strong>, a woman who lives amongst books, films, museums, maps, ideas and a constant fascination with what lies ahead.<\/p>

I have always felt that art, stories and travel are different ways of exploring the world and, at the same time, of exploring ourselves. Our language changes, our perspective changes, and the way we live our lives changes too.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A JOURNEY FILLED WITH LESSONS LEARNED<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

My life has been a journey full of twists and turns, lessons learnt and reinventions.<\/p>

I\u2019ve sold encyclopaedias door-to-door, worked as a professional cosmetics sales representative in beauty salons, and spent hours on the phone running telemarketing campaigns for internet and telephone services.<\/p>

They weren\u2019t easy times, but they gave me something I now consider essential: the ability to listen, understand, communicate, adapt, persevere when necessary, and recognise when someone needs guidance, clarity or simply a kind voice on the other end.<\/p>

All those experiences taught me how to deal with real people, with real doubts and with different backgrounds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

THE WORD AS A BRIDGE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

There was also a particularly significant period in my life: my work in radio production and presenting.<\/p>

I worked at Lago Puelo Community Radio and took part in the programme *Laredo\u2026Esquina tango* on Radio Laredo, where I was responsible for both technical support and presenting. I conducted interviews, helped many people share their stories, and discovered the magic that happens when a voice has the opportunity to connect with, move or inspire others.<\/p>

That\u2019s where I developed skills that I now consider essential: clear communication, active listening, the sensitivity to steer conversations, and the ability to connect with others through words.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Responsibility, calm and service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I have also been working as a security guard for over twenty years, a job that many do not associate with creativity, but which has taught me some profound lessons: staying calm in difficult situations, attention to detail, the ability to assess the bigger picture before taking action, patience, responsibility and the ability to act decisively when the time comes.<\/p>

In addition to that experience, I spent a very special period volunteering with Civil Protection in Cantabria. It was there that I came to understand the value of service, teamwork and a thorough knowledge of the local area. I learnt to read my surroundings, to look after people and to remain calm even in challenging situations.<\/p>

All of this has shaped the way I work, support others and design experiences today.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Travelling to understand<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I have travelled in many different ways and at various stages of my life: on my own, with others, following planned itineraries and also just going with the flow.<\/p>

Over the years, I have learnt that travelling is not about ticking off destinations, but about learning to observe, to listen to places, to understand their rhythms, their culture and the people who live there. That lived experience is the foundation on which I now view travel: as a form of knowledge, transformation and authentic connection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nature, scenery and a simple life<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

My way of life and my travels are deeply connected to nature.<\/p>

I love open landscapes, the countryside, the vegetable garden, animals and rhythms that are measured not in minutes, but in seasons. I need to be in touch with what really matters to feel at peace, and this way of being in the world is also reflected in the trips I imagine and design: experiences that are respectful, mindful and connected to local life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

TECHNOLOGY, CURIOSITY AND CONTINUOUS LEARNING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Over time, my curiosity has broadened to include the field of technology, particularly the artificial intelligence<\/strong>.<\/p>

I firmly believe that AI, when used properly, does not replace human beings: it supports, enhances and opens up new possibilities. It is a tool that allows us to create more, learn more and reach further, provided we do not forget that sensitivity, intention and perspective remain ours alone.<\/p>

Technology gives us wings; we decide where to fly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

SHARING THE JOURNEY: MENTORING AND SUPPORT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Learning and sharing are part of who I am.<\/p>

I always have a course I\u2019ve started, a notebook full of ideas, a book I\u2019ve underlined, or a new tool to explore. I firmly believe that learning acts as a compass, guiding us to keep growing, reinventing ourselves and keeping that inner spark alive.<\/p>

It is from that very conviction that my passion for mentoring stems. I feel that everything I have experienced takes on meaning when I can support, guide and pave the way for others who also wish to start their own ventures, discover their freedom or build their own projects with purpose and passion.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
